The property was absolutely mind-blowing! It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The host was super helpful and thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfy and the pillows were jaw-dropping. The high-speed wi-fi was a plus, and the free parking was always available. The kitchen utensils and cookware were top-notch, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. We were thrilled to find cots available for our use, and it was great that no pets were allowed and no smoking on site. Can't wait to come back soon!

The property had a cozy and comfortable vibe, making it feel like a home away from home. the amenities provided, including the oven and hob, were a nice touch. the communication with the staff was excellent, and they even set up a little bed for my toddler, which was greatly appreciated.

The location was not as central as we had hoped, making it difficult for us to walk into town. the stairs in the house were quite narrow and steep, which posed a challenge for someone with mobility issues or large feet.

Stayed in a charming 19th century building, with free WiFi and parking. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the convenience of having a washing machine. Towels were a nice touch too.

Oh, how I missed having a dishwasher. Washing all those dishes was definitely the highlight of my stay.

Conveniently close to Norwich University of the Arts and popular points of interest like Hamlet's Rest. The holiday home provided free WiFi and free private parking, making our stay hassle-free. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine, kitchenware, and a microwave. The 19th-century building added a charming touch to our overall experience. As a family with a toddler, we loved the fact that Central Norwich House provided us with a home away from home. It had everything we needed, including a little bed for our son and a box room for me. They provided a baby gate and travel cot for my toddler, and even set up a little bed for him in the box room. The house had everything we needed, including toys, books, games. The communication was fabulous, and check-in/out was super easy. I also appreciated the little welcome treats, even though I don't drink. The location was really handy for us, and we will definitely be coming back to one of their properties next time. While my stay was wonderful, it would have been helpful to have two sets of keys. This would have made it easier for me and my toddler to come and go without any hassle.
